Congratulations on an outstanding NBC “HAP” Dumont season!
Welcome to the 2005 National Baseball Congress “HAP” Dumont 12U World Series. Your tournament host will be Bartlett Parks and Recreation Department and it will be our goal to create an experience that the players, coaches and families will remember for the rest of their lives. The tournament dates will be July 22 – July 29, 2005.
The National Baseball Congress “HAP Dumont” program will use the "Pool-Play" format in its World Series. Teams will be placed in pools where they will play a round robin within their pool. A double elimination format will be used in the Championship bracket following pool play.
All players participating in NBC “HAP” Dumont play shall have photocopies of their original birth certificates in the possession of their team manager. Failure to have a copy of the birth certificate available upon demand will result in the offending team losing the game, being ejected from the tournament, being placed last in the standings and forfeiting all awards, sponsors travel money and tournament berths the would have been awarded at the tournament.

Bracket schedules WILL NOT be mailed out in advance. Brackets will be given to the team manager during the manager’s meeting at the Appling Ballfield Complex.
Tournament Fees
The tournament fee is $250.00. This can be brought at the time of registration or can be sent to the National Director:

Gate Fees
There is a gate fee for each team participating in the tournament. The fee is $225.00 per team. There will be no other gate or admission fees to the tournament. This can be brought with you at registration or mailed to:

Welcoming Event Tickets - Banquet
There will be a welcoming banquet the evening of July 24 beginning at 6:00 PM.
World Series T-Shirts will be available on at the Ball Park. Shirts will be printed front and back.
